Animal Policy

Ridgecrest Village allows cats as pets throughout the property except for the following addresses:

– 15 Mann Street

– 125 Edgemere Road

• No unauthorized service/support animals or animals are allowed without prior written consent, including guest’s animals.
• A photograph of your animal(s), as well as all inoculation records and an animal fact sheet signed and completed by the resident, must be provided to management prior to any authorization taking effect.
• Pet rent: $50 per cat, per month in additional rent.
• All cats must be spayed or neutered.
• No more than two pets per apartment are permitted.
